Like many things, I turned to essential oils and created a simple yet effective recipe for an essential oil energy mist.

How to Make An Essential Oil Energy Mist:

  1. Remove the mist nozzle from a glass 2-ounce mist bottle.
  2. Then, pour 1 ¾ ounce of witch hazel into the bottle using a mini funnel.
  3. Next, remove the funnel and add 10 to 20 drops of lemon essential oil, 10 to 20 drops of juniper essential oil, and 5 to 10 drops of lemongrass essential oil. 
  4. Place the mist nozzle on the bottle to secure it and shake for one minute to emulsify the essential oils in the mist spray.

Materials

  • 2-ounce glass bottle with a fine mist nozzle
  • 10 to 20 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 10 to 20 drops of juniper essential oil
  • 5 to 10 drops of lemongrass essential oil
  • 1 ¾ ounce of alcohol-free cucumber witch hazel

Instructions

    1. Remove the mist nozzle from a glass 2-ounce mist bottle.
    2. Then, pour 1 ¾ ounce of witch hazel into the bottle using a mini funnel.
