Coffee DIY Projects To Brew Up This Weekend

Here are coffee DIY projects for the ultimate at-home coffee house!

The best coffee moments rarely happen in a rush. They show up on slow mornings, quiet afternoons, and those evenings when we feel inspired to stay up late listening to a new album drop or talking into the wee hours with a close friend.

It’s these times when we want our home to feel like a cozy coffee house that brews, blends, and pours with a seamless flow of activity and roasted beans.

But here’s the thing. That rich, coffee scent doesn’t always linger the way we want it to at home. A fresh cup fades fast, and most coffee-scented candles miss that deep, comforting note.

If you want to experience a coffeehouse feel at home, you’ve got to layer it! Not just in your mug, but in your space and routines.

In one weekend, you can create caffeinated go-tos to keep the buzz alive. Be it a simmer pot or a coffee essential oil candle flickering in the background, or a fun coffee bath bomb.

These coffee essential oil recipes capture everything we love about the cafe on the corner — from rich aromas and candlelight, to invigorating self-care treatments. You’ll find easy-to-make ideas to brew up the ultimate cozy day!

Before you know it, your space will feel like your favorite corner café, without leaving home.

Plus, I’m sharing printable coffee essential oil blends to keep that cozy scent going all week!

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • ⅛ cup whole coffee beans
  • 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To Make:

Add the coffee beans, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan. Fill it with 2–3 cups of water.

Bring the ingredients to a gentle simmer over low heat, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Let it heat up uncovered, adding more water as needed.
