Is it just me or do there seem to be essential oils and crystals everywhere? World Market, Anthropologie, and even Target have products, books, and tools for both these days. What was once considered Hippie or New Age is now the norm.

Let’s start with similarities. Both are completely natural – crystals are naturally occurring and found all over the globe and most are, in fact, minerals. Essential oils are derived from plant materials such as leaves, flowers, and roots from all around the world. Each also has a long history of use in many cultures to improve and protect our well-being.

Like yoga and meditation or exercise and nutrition, essential oils and crystals go hand in hand to help us live our best lives.

Each is effective in its own right, but when we use crystals and essential oils together this synergistic duo is incredible and amazing things might happen!
