It’s common knowledge, essential oils have a wealth of benefits and are used for many things. From making perfume to cleaning to skincare and getting a good night’s rest, essential oil use is extensive. I’ve found their use to be not only practical but supportive of my goals.

It’s easy to make crystal-infused essential oil rollers at home. Start with a clear glass roller bottle, add your crystals, four to ten drops of essential oils that pair with your crystal for a 10ml bottle, and top it with a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil.
